뇌종양의 原因
· genetic factor : tumor suppressor gene의 소실, oncogene의 발현
· cell division과정에서 genetic pattern이 변해서 생김
· radiation, chemical agent, virus와 같은 carcinogen에 의한 mutagen의 생성
뇌종양의 발병률
· 종양중에 세번째로 발병율 높고, 소아에서도 두번째로 높다.
· 1st : glioma 58%, 2nd : meningioma 20%, 3rd : pituitary tumor 14%, 4th : schwanoma
# pressure시 가장 손상받기 쉬운 cranial nerve?
: VI abducens nerve. 경로가 길고, foramen doreno를 지나기 때문.
# brain trauma시 가장 손상받기 쉬운 cranial nerve?
: I olfactory nerve. myelin sheath도 없고(glial cell이 그 기능을 대신하고 있다) 위치와 모양 자체가 손상받기 쉽다.
